Costume Contest

Here's where you'll find everything you need to know in order to enter our costume contest.

To Enter:

  1. Sign up at the entrance, and you will be assigned a number
  2. The dealers are the judges for the show. As you walk around the room, show your number to the dealers, and they will note which costumes they like. At the end of the day, the votes will be collected, tallied, and a winner announced.
  3. At 4pm the winner will be announced, and they will be awarded $500 in merchandise.
  4. You must be present to win.

Costume Rules

  • Please make as much of the costume as possible by yourself. Rarely do store bought costumes win.
  • All weapons must be props. Live steel, firearms, and projectile weapons are forbidden.
  • No "risque" costumes. This is a family show. If you wouldn't wear it on the beach, don't wear it here. You will be asked to "cover up," or leave.
  • No animals.
  • Photos from the event will be used to promote future shows.
